Can I return products?

LOOPPER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
At Loopper, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted:

Unprinted Orders
Returns and exchanges are accepted for unprinted items, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Issues with Print or Personalisation
If there is an error in the print or personalisation of your order caused by us, you may request a return or exchange. Please provide photos of the issue to our customer service team for prompt assistance.

Broken or Damaged Items
If your order arrives broken or damaged, you can request a return or exchange. Ensure you contact our team within 7 days of receiving the item and include photos as proof of damage.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Contact our customer support team at promo@loopper.com or call us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  1. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
  3. Please note: Returns and exchanges are subjected to verification of the issue. Customised items that meet the agreed-upon specifications are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or print errors.
