What should I do if my package is not delivered (on time)?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. Please note that this link may take up to 24 hours to become active. We recommend that you carefully monitor the tracking of your package using this link. If your package is not delivered within 5 business days, please contact your account manager for further assistance.
